UPCOMING COMMUNITY PROJECTS:

River Haven HOA has been working very hard coordinating several projects to maintain the beauty of our development.  Please be patient as we work to obtain estimates from various companies to assist with these projects and keep the costs as low as possible.  To save us money, some of these projects may be completed by our board members with assistance from various homeowners.  If you would like to assist with any of the projects, please reach out to one of our board members.  We thank you in advance to all our volunteers....

**Pressure Washing of all pillars at the entrance

We are currently obtaining quotes for a contractor to come out an pressure wash all of the pillars at the front of the development.  

All of the columns and pillars at the front entrance have been cleaned and power washed.  In addition, the board decided to pressure wash ALL of the COMMUNITY AREAS of the sidewalks.  What a difference this has made!

**Installing New FLAG POLE at entrance 

We are currently obtaining quotes for the flag pole to be installed at the entrance.  We are looking into possibly having a light displayed on the flag as well.  Our previous flag pole was damaged in a storm a few years ago.

We are excited to announce toe flag pole was installed 06/21/2019.  What a beautiful addition to the entrance.

**Community Sign Board

A community sign will be placed at the entrance to keep all our homeowners informed of any announcements.  If you notice the 2 yellow stakes as you enter the development on your right side, that is the location of our sign board.

We are happy to announce the sign board was installed on 06/07/2019.  This is a great way to communicate with our homeowners!

**Plumbing/Sprinkler System at Entrance

The sprinkler system at the entrance is not functioning properly and needs attention.  In addition, the plumbing supplying the sprinkler system needs attention as well.  

The sprinkler system has been repaired and now in working condition.  

**Updating our Entrance / Landscaping Project  

AFTER we complete the pressure washing of all of the pillars at the front of the entrance, we are looking into installing additional bushes/plants/fresh pinestraw to update the appearance as you enter our community.  

We have installed some new bushes around the signboard as well as new bushes at the entrance.  Fresh  pinestraw was also installed on the grounds at the entrance.   

**Repaving of the Community Roads  

YES!!!!  We are on the books with the county to get our roads repaved.  We are trying to hold off on this project due to several new homes being constructed in the neighborhood.  We are VERY excited this will be coming up soon! 

**NOTE:  Fence at Entrance Will Need to be REPLACED in the Future  

The black fence that runs along Callie Still Road and River Haven Drive is deteriorating due to wood rot and termites.  This fence will need to be replaced within the next few years. We will do whatever we can to prolong the life of the fence to allow us ample time to budget for the replacement.
