Making upgrades to your property?

Adding a pool, patio or deck?

If you plan to install a pool, add a patio, deck, etc. your plans must be approved by the ACC.  

Homeowner is responsible for all permits pertaining to the modification of the lot.

Upgrading your landscape or adding a fence??

If you plan to add additional landscaping, remove a tree/trees or add a fence to the rear of your property, you must submit your plans to our ACC prior to making modifications.

Changing the colors of the exterior of your home??

Any changes to the EXTERIOR of your home must be submitted to the ACC for approval prior to modification.  This includes changing color of siding, trim, shutters, roof, etc.

1-Download the ACC Request form above and fill out completely.

2-Draw out specific plans outlining the project you wish to submit for request.

3-Attach color samples, pictures of materials that will be used, etc.

4-Give as much detail as possible outlining your project.

NOTE:  Homeowner is responsible for any/all permits pertaining to project.

All documentation must be submitted to our ACC board for approval PRIOR to beginning the project.  If construction is completed PRIOR to approval, the homeowner may be asked to remove/reverse project at the homeowners expense to comply with rules and regulations according to our covenants.
